實測面積計價節省裝修開支25%以上 專家給記者算了這樣一筆賬，商品房的套內套內面積約為建筑面積的80%，以一套建筑面積100平方米的三房一廳為例，如果消費者選擇988元/平方米的裝修套餐，按建筑面積計價預估裝修費為98800元；如果按套內面積80平方米計價，裝修預估費用約為79040元，而如果按市場上新推出的按實測面積計價，除去墻體的占地，實測面積約為75平方米，裝修預估費用為74100元，對于消費者而言，按實測面積計價比按建筑面積計價減少了約2.5萬元的開支。 據廣州實創裝飾總經理鄭遠航介紹，“完美家裝”套餐是按照業主住宅內的客廳、餐廳、臥室、廚房、衛生間、陽臺等各個空間的實測地面面積計價，也就是在套內面積的基礎上再減去所有墻體的占地面積，計價面積減少25%以上，裝多少平花多少錢，加上全屋定制 家具不限量，對消費者而言，更透明、更合理、更具性價比。 規模優勢彌補計價模式利潤差 對于消費者而言，按實測面積計價減少了裝修開支，而對于裝修公司而言，則是減少了經營利潤。那么裝修公司會否從材料中來擠壓利潤來彌補計價方式的損失？鄭遠航告訴記者，答案是否定的。“廣州實創裝飾采取按實測面積計價的模式，是最大程度的從消費者角度出發，實創裝飾集團通過規模化全球建材采購、自有木作工廠、全產業鏈管理，來實現合理利潤，達到薄利多銷的口碑效果。” 鄭遠航透露，本周日（10月23日）下午1-5點，廣州實創裝飾將在中國大酒店舉辦“完美家裝·雙11提前購”線下促銷活動，完美家裝60套廣州限量發售，現場將有專業人士和王牌設計師為消費者介紹按實測面積計價的詳細方法，介紹完美家裝硬裝、軟裝、全屋定制家具都不限量的諸多優點，并有驚喜折扣和iPhone7、雙開門冰箱等豐富禮品。 |
