時代是過濾機，去粗取精 【PChouse】有人說家居行業的黃金十年已經過去了，您是怎么看的?對于家居行業未來的發展趨勢，您有怎樣的見解? 【梁少禧】我對黃金十年的“黃金”二字的理解是這樣的，不一定對：中國改革開放30年，這個過程中，家具從無到有。以前物質是貧乏的，不夠的，買的人多，賣的人少，這樣就變成賣的人很好做。當一個社會發展到買賣平衡的時候，如果把以前好做看成今天不好做的原因，我覺得應該是品牌本身不夠專業，做的人本身不夠專業。 假設日本、德國、意大利、美國的制造產品平均分是80分到90分，那么要達到這水平的過程應該分三個階段。第一、把40分的品牌淘汰掉，留下來的平均分為60分;接下來是把50、60分的這些淘汰掉，留下來的平均質量分才是80分。如果我們中國的家具產品是60分的話，那就要淘汰更低分的。我認為這個過程是個淘汰質量不行的過程，最主要是淘汰品質不行的品牌，否則中國就沒辦法拿掉“中國制造”這個名字。要摘掉，就應該淘汰質量不好的。現在市場發展是合理的，不是市場困難，時代必須要把出懶招、不負責任的企業淘汰掉。 在這種市場環境下，迪信其實從一開始就做好了準備，也是今天的成果，那就是品質。這是水到渠成的事情。迪信的核心：質量。現在被淘汰的也是質量不好的。要在市場的洪流中立于不敗之地，不僅僅是家具，其他產品也是的，都應該把質量做好，把品質做好。所以迪信的應對措施就是做好品質。 【PChouse】好的，謝謝梁叔! |
