　　【林賢龍】：天奴五金是第一家提出五金定制概念的企業，12年的時候我們就提出定制五金，同樣智能家居也是為改變我們生活方式的一套產品，客戶需要怎樣的產品，作為一個智能家居實力企業，本身就有能力達到用戶想要的效果。否則產品就是有缺陷，而不是讓用戶感覺很舒服的。

　　產品分為兩種，一種是非常實用的，另一種是給人感覺舒服的，應該達到用戶想要的外觀、功能等需求。我們要做功能性的產品，實用是第一個要求，我們的產品要讓用戶使用起來，感覺就是他想要的東西。那才算獲得成功，這也是我們的追求。

　　【記者】：智能家居銷售的渠道主要是經銷商嗎?

　　【林賢龍】：對于智能家居而言，電子化的產品更新換代需要售后服務，我覺得落地的終端是一定要的，但是網上的推廣和銷售，這兩步我們同樣會走，前提是我們要確保這個地方先有落地的服務點，天奴的優勢在于依托全國600多家提供售后服務的專賣店。

　　【記者】：2015是天奴18周年，有哪些宣傳計劃?

　　【林賢龍】：我們已經陸陸續續啟動了一些宣傳。宣傳方面我們還是以互聯網為主，宣傳重點更多是我們的企業文化對于經銷商和消費者的一種傳達，這和傳達相關產品信息有很大區別。
